FIFTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST
The Sermon ………..…………………………. Matthew 24: 37 – 44
As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; And they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field – One will be taken, the other left; Two women will be grinding with a hand mill – One will be taken, the other left. Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will return. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have left his house be broken into. So you must also be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THAT DAY ?

FIFTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST
The Sermon …………………………..…………… Revelation 14 (Excerpts)
Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal Gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth – to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come”…….. I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was One “like the Son of Man” with a crown of gold on His head and sharp sickle in his Hand. Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So He who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth and the earth was harvested…… Then I looked and there before me was Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with Him those had His Name written on their foreheads… And they sang a new song before the throne, a song sung only by those redeemed from the earth.

THE WAY OF LIFE FOR THE SINNER: RESPONSIBILITY, REPENTANCE & RENEWAL
The Sermon …………………………………… Ezekiel 18 : 20 – 24
“The souls who sins shall die. The son will not bear the guilt of the father, nor will the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.
“But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committedand keeps all My statutes and does what is just and right, he will not die. None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteousness that he has, he will live. Do I take pleasure in the death of the wicked?” declares the Lord God. “Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?”

Dear friends, although I was very diligent to write to you about the salvation we share, it was also necessary for me to write to you and urge to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints….. For in the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires….. But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you eternal life.

The Sermon ………………………………………….……… Matthew 9 : 1 – 8
So He got into a boat, crossed over and came to His own city. And behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. And Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.” And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, “This Man blasphemes!” But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? For which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk?’ But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins” – then He said to the paralytic,“Arise, wake up your bed, and go to your house.” And he arose and departed to his house. Now when the multitudes saw it,they marveled and glorified God, Who has given such power to men.
