The Sermon ……………………… Revelation 2 : 1 – 7
To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of Him Who holds the seven stars in His right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands: I know your works, your labor, your perseverance and that you cannot tolerate those who are evil. You have tested those who say they areapostles and are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for My name and have not grown weary. Yet I have this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the first works or else I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. He who has an ear, let him ear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God.

The Distribution Of The Sacrament
(Since God’s Word presents the reception of this Sacrament as a most intimate expression of spiritual and confessional fellowship, we ask that only those who are confirmed members of Berea or another CLC church come forward. This is not a judgment of anyone’s faith, only an expression of ours. Please speak to pastor if you have questions or are seeking a church home.)
