Helping Hands

“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”  Galations 6:10

Helping Hands is a group created by the Ladies of Berea to assist Berea’s members in their times of need.  This committee works in coordination with Pastor and the Elders in assisting Berea’s members with physical and other needs that have arisen due to illness or other circumstances.  

If you are a Berea member in need of assistance or you know of another member that could use some help, please contact one of the following persons.

The Helping Hands Commitee understands that people in need of assistance may not wish to have their circumstances publicly known.  Be assured that the Committee will maintain privacy and anonymity as necessary and appropriate.

If you would like to help, a freezer is marked in the old kitchen where individuals can donate meals any time so that they are ready to give as needs arise.  Also consider giving an offering to the “Helping Hands” fund (note this on the outside of your envelope).  If you would like to volunteer your time or efforts in other ways (e.g. ride share, cleaning, visiting shut-ins, etc.), please contact one of the committee heads to make arrangements.
